Main Responsibilities of the Job:
- Compile reports of inventory and update accurate inventory records. Maintain student materials in finding, sorting, or moving purchased goods
- Compile all work study documents (timesheet, summary sheet, payment request) and proceed with the payment sheet timely
- Follow up with the students who borrow OSA inventory materials and update the inventory tracking.
- Assist OSA team in organizing major events like Orientation Program, Student Government Election, Graduation/Commencement Ceremony.
- Coordinate with the event organizing team and Student Clubs with Purchase request and Venue bookings.
- Ensuring regular consultation with students and providing materials for events and workshops
- Acting as a front-line respondent for any student services
- Updating student’ requisition files and information and maintain accurate records
- Cooperating with different department Maintenance/Procurement/IT and Finance for day to day work of the department
- Liaising with external stakeholders to provide services to the students
- Assist in doing event set-up, promote workshops, campaigns, and other student activities
- Performing other duties as assigned by the line manager of OSA.
Other Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed institution
- Having 1-2 years of experience/Fresher are also encouraged to apply
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
- Well conversant with MS Office and other relevant internet tools
