Ideal candidates will hold a PhD from a recognized institution and possess a minimum of five years of teaching experience. Research and, where applicable, industry experience, are highly valued. Athletics:

- Develops and manages AUW’s athletics programs, promoting student wellness, leadership, and competitive sports.
- Soccer/football coach
- Trains and mentors student athletes in competitive soccer, offering high-level coaching during a pivotal stage in their development.
- AUW recruits students at or around age 19—often the final opportunity for women to play competitively in their position. This role is critical in reigniting athletic ambition and providing elite coaching when it matters most.

Recognizing the urgent need for climate resilience and environmental sustainability, AUW is launching the Program on Environmental Engineering to equip future leaders with the technical expertise and problem-solving skills necessary to address global environmental challenges. As part of this initiative, AUW has also established the Centre for Climate Change and Environmental Health, which serves as a hub for research, policy engagement, and community-driven climate solutions. The Centre integrates academic expertise with real-world environmental challenges, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to develop sustainable strategies for climate adaptation and public health resilience. It will play a pivotal role in supporting the Environmental Engineering program through research opportunities, partnerships, and practical training.
