The Asian University for Women Laboratory School is a young, high-potential institution with strong academic foundations and an emerging reputation. While the school has been operating for almost two years with excellent instructional quality, enrollment has to increase to meet long-term sustainability targets. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for rapidly accelerating the school’s brand & market presence and delivering measurable enrollment growth—specifically, achieving a sizable number of fee-paying student enrollments within the first full admissions cycle.
Main Responsibilities of the Job:
Strategic Leadership
– Develop and execute a bold, competitive marketing strategy that directly drives enrollment growth.
– Position the school strongly and confidently within the regional educational landscape.
– Conduct competitor and demographic analysis to refine outreach and messaging.
– Set clear performance targets and report regularly against milestones.
Enrollment Growth & Recruitment
– Lead aggressive recruitment campaigns designed to bring in sizable number of fee-paying students.
– Strengthen the admissions pipeline and manage conversion processes effectively.
– Plan and execute impactful school events, open houses, and public engagement activities.
– Build and leverage partnerships with parent networks, business leaders, women’s organizations, embassies, and community groups.
Marketing & Communications Execution
– Have a marketing road map and roll out specific milestones.
– Oversee website, social media, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
– Direct production of compelling content showcasing student experience and school strengths.
– Manage brand representation across digital and print platforms.
– Track analytic and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Team & Vendor Management
– Ensure to manage inter department team cohesion and contractors with clear expectations and deadlines.
– Manage vendors, creative partners, and media relationships for cost-effective execution.
– Ensure consistent brand quality and professionalism across all communications.
Required Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
– 5 to 7 years of strategic marketing experience in education, hospitality, branding, or service sectors.
– Demonstrated success achieving measurable growth outcomes.
– Strong digital marketing, campaign leadership, and brand strategy skills.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
