Core Responsibilities:

• Performs minor masonry and concrete work
• Minor repair of doors, operators and door frames
• Hang pictures, whiteboards and signage
• Reconfiguration of modular furniture
• Assisting trades electricians with minor electrical repairs
• Sawing boards, panels
• General installing, odd jobs and finish work on buildings
• Assisting other trades personnel with common tasks
• Be responsible for the planning and laying out of work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions, using a variety of carpenter’s hand tools, portable power tools and standard measuring instruments
• Performs the carpentry duties necessary to maintain in good repair building woodwork and equipment such as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Required to work at heights above 100 feet
• Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to safely perform the job duties
• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or vocational program for a journeyman carpenter
• Painting, spray painting, plastering and spackling skills
• Minimum five (5) years recent experience in trade.
